On Long Island, any day over 60 degrees is a good excuse for a beach day. Plus there is no better place to tire out two super active boys while sneaking in some time to kick back yourself.
Even though the beach is a short walk for us, I always make sure we’re packed up for the day so we can hours plopped on the sand with little reason to leave before it’s time to head back for dinner. Here’s are some things that have a permanent spot in my giant beach bag.
