With Summer Camps cancelled all over the place, there’s still one camp that’s going strong – Mom’s Summer Camp at Home.
Remember those long summer days when you picked up your best friend on your bike (what helmet?) and rode around the neighborhood all day using your imagination and only stopping to eat PB&Js and grab some Kool-Aid before getting back out there to pick teams for Manhunt? Then after an Ellio’s pizza dinner you regroup with the crew to catch lightening bugs and play flashlight tag until you can’t see your hands in front of your face? Yeah, those were the days. Now summer activities look a little different, especially this summer. Could this be our chance to bring back pre-internet summer days for the kids? meh.
